With over 30 years of law enforcement experience,
Mr. Johnson is experienced in criminal and crime scene investigations, background investigations, project implementation for
undercover narcotic investigations, and evidence collection and processing. He has served as operations sergeant for the provost
marshal's office and military police company operations. With his background, he is very detailed oriented, and pays meticulous
attention to detail, encompassing the grantors instructions and the clients request.
Mr. Johnson has also attained the credentials of a Certified Grant Consultant, Certified Grant Reviewer, Certified Grant
Specialist earned through the National Grant Writers Association and the National Grant Reviewers Association.

The Primary Consultant for ML Johnson and Associates,
LLC is Dr. Mary Lynn Johnson. Dr. Johnson attained her PhD in Human Services with a specialization in Management of Nonprofit
Agencies from Capella University. Her dissertation topic was "the faith-based and community initiative and its impact
on faith based organizations in rural Arizona." She also has earned a Masters in Organizational Management and a
Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management from University of Phoenix.
She spent twenty years working
for a local government agency as the grant acccountant and working her way through the ranks to grant adminstrator - winning
and administering the agency $12-18 million annually in state and federal grant funding.
Dr. Johnson has been assisting
non-profit organizations and local government agencies attain much needed grant funding for their viable programs for decades.
She has obtained approximately $87 million for her clients.

Jessica
has excelled in finances at college and is currently working towards attaining her Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration.
She is very knowledgeable in Quickbooks and can work with any agency in implementing the financial program to interact with
their funding cycles.
She possesses the ability to quickly assess the financial position and provide immediate
feedback for any impact on a grant program budget and related expenditures.
